Kallias Cloud

Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the Kallias Cloud website and, where relevant, purchases and service engagements. Separate statements of work (SOWs) or agreements may apply to cybersecurity services and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.

1. About us

Kallias Cloud is based in Sydney, Australia and provides cybersecurity services and secure phone provisioning/sales.

2. Website use

  • You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with availability.
  • We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of the site at any time.
  • Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

3. Service enquiries and engagement terms

Quotes and starting prices are indicative. Final scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and assumptions are confirmed in a SOW or written agreement.

For security testing engagements, access, approvals, and rules of engagement must be agreed prior to commencing work. You confirm you have authority to request testing and provide access to relevant systems.

4. Secure phones

We sell supported Google Pixel devices provisioned with GrapheneOS and a baseline configuration. Provisioning is a risk-reduction measure and does not make a device “unhackable”.

Compatibility, security posture, and user outcomes depend on threat model, device handling, apps installed, and operational practices.

5. Disclaimers

No guarantees: cybersecurity services and secure device provisioning reduce risk but do not eliminate risk or guarantee prevention of compromise.

Reports and recommendations reflect circumstances at the time of assessment/testing and within the agreed scope.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and any relevant agreement. This clause does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

7. Intellectual property

Website content is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission, except as allowed by law. Deliverables for paid services are handled under the applicable SOW/agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
