Shipping Policy
Secure phones are shipped within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
1. Shipping regions
Australia shipping only. Orders with non AU shipping addresses are not supported.
2. Dispatch time
Dispatch timing varies based on provisioning and stock availability. As a guide, most orders dispatch within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise advised.
If you require bulk provisioning or managed rollout, contact us for a quote and timeline.
3. Delivery time
Delivery time depends on carrier networks and destination. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
4. Tracking and signature
We may provide tracking details when available. For high value shipments, we may use signature on delivery or additional safeguards.
5. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay re-shipping costs.
6. Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assess and coordinate next steps.
